Steps to Reduce Anxiety.

  • Breathing - step away and find a quiet spot, whether standing or sitting to take in a big breathe, slowly and deeply, then breathe it out slowly. Repeat this 10 times and concentrate on the breath, not on the thoughts that are causing you worry.

  • Get a good night’s sleep, at least 7-8 hours if possible

  • Eat properly,

  • Limit your alcohol and caffeine,

  • Get out into the fresh air and go for a walk or run
